FAQ

How long does the process usually take?
Most relocations take two to four weeks from first call to lease signing. If your timeline is flexible, we can move faster; if you need specific amenities or a school-year move, it may take a bit longer.
What documents do I need as an out-of-state applicant?
Typically: photo ID, two recent pay stubs or an offer letter, two months of bank statements, and a credit-check authorization. I send the exact checklist for each building so nothing is missed.
What if my credit or income is short?
Many buildings accept guarantors, extra deposits, or co-signers. I let you know upfront which properties are flexible and which are not, so we only apply where you have a strong chance.
Can I tour without flying in?
Yes. Most of my out-of-state clients lease through live video tours. If you prefer one in-person visit, I can arrange a full day of showings around your schedule.
